DKSH has been helping clients grow their business in existing markets and expand into new ones for 150 years. Recognizing the eCommerce would fuel this growth, DKSH decided to offer a configurable eCommerce platform that would work for both B2B and B2C clients. Clients from healthcare to performance materials have vastly different product offerings and different go-to-market strategies which requires a highly tailored approach. Extensibility and flexibility in order to roll-out rapidly were critical platform requirements.
