ECatering works with thousands of food service operators, supplying them with professional catering and cooking equipment. By meeting customer expectations and delivering a service like no other, Ecatering experienced a significant increase in sales almost overnight.

When food service operators were allowed to reopen after the pandemic, they urgently needed new equipment. However, due to recent losses, many were unable to pay upfront. ECatering wanted to offer a digital trade credit solution that would both support their customers, while giving them a competitive edge by:

  • Increasing order value with flexible payments
  • Giving customers more time to make payments
  • Improving the online checkout experience
