Australian electronics company REDARC wanted to create a seamless online experience for their customers, improve their online sales, and revamp their outdated ecommerce platform.

For REDARC to accomplish these goals, automation and integration were key. Their previously disparate systems have been unified by Adobe Commerce Cloud, resulting in a streamlined and personalized customer journey. Also, REDARC partnered with Balance Internet to achieve its key commerce goals. The platform experience they created was outstanding for both customers and their teams.

REDARC has then seen a significant increase in its ecommerce conversion rate since implementing an updated solution, with a significant improvement in its buying experience. Additionally, the new solution allowed REDARC to improve customer satisfaction scores, with positive feedback from customers.
