TRAK Machine Tools manufactures high-precision lathes and mills used in machine shops around the world. While their machines are sold through rep groups and distributors, replacement parts are ordered online—often by customers working under tight deadlines. Their previous eCommerce platform wasn’t built to scale with their needs.
